Filmmeile entlang der Limmat – das Zurich Film Festival geht in die dritte Runde.

Das Zurich Film Festival wird auf 11 Tage erweitert, zusätzliche Kinos und Lokalitäten konnten für Vorführungen und Veranstaltungen rund um das bewegte Bild gewonnen werden. Es entsteht eine einzigartige Filmmeile entlang der Limmat, neu mit einem Zentrum: ein grosses Zelt am Rathausplatz wird Treffpunkt für Kinobegeisterte und Filmschaffende.

Die zweite Ausgabe des Zurich Film Festival von 2006 hat eindrucksvoll bewiesen: Zürich eignet sich hervorragend als Festplatz der Filmkultur. Während den sechs Tagen besuchten über 18 000 Zuschauer zahlreiche Vorstellungen und Veranstaltungen des Zurich Film Festival.
Entlang der Limmat bespielt das Festival dieses Jahr vom 27. September bis 7. Oktober die Leinwände der Kinos Capitol, Alba, Frosch und Le Paris und arbeitet zum ersten Mal sowohl mit der Kitag als auch mit den Arthouse-Kinos zusammen. Eine exklusive Eröffnungsfeier im Corso und eine glanzvolle Schlussfeier im Kaufleuten bilden den Rahmen des Festivals.
